Refund & Return Policy
Order Processing and Delivery
All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia). Upon receipt and acceptance of your order, it will be reviewed within 1 - 2 business day(s), after which it will be shipped according to the following delivery schedule*:-
- West Malaysia: within 1 – 5 business days
- East Malaysia: within 3 – 8 business days
- Locations outside of Malaysia: within 5 - 10 business days
*Delivery schedules are subject to adjustments. Shipping may take additional time during promotional periods, holidays and extreme weather conditions. For reasons such as the change of schedules of courier service providers, customs clearance processes and any unforeseen circumstances, shipping may sometimes be delayed.
Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking information.
To ensure timely delivery, please carefully verify your order and recipient details, including the delivery address (Note: we do not deliver to PO Box addresses), telephone number, and email address. Once your order is submitted and processed in our system, it cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to modify or cancel any order that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

** International customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or additional fees that may be applied by their respective countries, as well as any extra carrier-related charges. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return and Exchange
Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? A different item catching your attention? You may request to return items and exchange for the same or another item within 7 days of receiving your items (subject to stock availability).
Returns & Exchange are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The items must be in their original, unopened, unmarked, undamaged, unused condition with packaging and tags still intact.
- All items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set.
- Shipping costs for returning exchange items, as well as the cost of reshipping exchanged items, will be borne by the customer.
Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund via the original payment method under the following circumstances:
- Defective or Damaged Items:
- If an item is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, customers may request a refund instead of an exchange.
- Customers must provide clear photographic or video proof of the defect/damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Refund requests will be reviewed, and approval is subject to verification.
- Incorrect Item Received:
- If the customer receives an item that differs from the order placed, they may request a refund.
- The item must remain unopened, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Customers must notify customer service within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item and provide supporting evidence (e.g., photos).
- Upon return and verification, a full refund will be processed.
Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Refunds and exchange will not be granted to the following:
- Refunds and exchange will not be granted to the following:
- Change of Mind - Refunds are not available for personal preferences or if the customer changes their mind.
- Opened or Used Products – Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible.
- Sale & Non-Returnable Items - Items purchased under promotions, clearance sales, or marked as non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Partial Returns - Refunds are only applicable for complete returns (e.g., full sets or multi-item packs must be returned as a whole).
- Exchanges & Store Credit
- If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
- If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be issued as a discount for the next purchase or store credit.
Cash refunds are not offered under any circumstances, except as per the Refund Eligibility section above.
