These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our online store and services, including the purchase of products and enrollment in classes. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of Services
(i) User Accounts: To access certain features of our service, including placing orders or enrolling in classes, you are required to create an account. During registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name, email address, phone number, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activities under your account.
(ii) Prohibited Activities: You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to: (i) violating any applicable laws, rules, or regulations; (ii) engaging in any fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise objectionable behavior; (iii) interfering with or disrupting the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service; (iv) attempting to bypass any security measures of the Service.
Products and Orders
(i) Product Information: We aim to provide accurate and up-to-date product descriptions and content on our site to ensure a seamless shopping experience. While we strive for precision, occasional errors may occur, and we are committed to promptly addressing them for your satisfaction.
(ii) Order Process: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order under the following circumstances:
- Out of Stock Products: If the item is no longer available or out of stock at the time of purchase.
- Fraudulent or Unauthorized Activity: If we detect any suspicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity associated with your order, such as the use of stolen payment information, we may cancel the order to protect both parties.
(iii) Payment: We accept payment via credit cards, debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. For international orders, customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees and telegraphic transfer (TT) charges. Please note that we reserve the right to change or update the payment methods we accept at any time.
(iv) Orders are processed and shipped according to the following estimated delivery timeframes:
- West Malaysia: 1 to 5 business days
- East Malaysia: 3 to 8 business days
- International Orders: 5 to 10 business days
Please note that these timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on factors such as order volume, product availability, and the destination. While we strive to process and ship all orders within the specified timeframes, unforeseen delays may occur. However, the Company does not guarantee delivery times and is not liable for any delays in delivery.

Intellectual Property
(i) All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents, design rights, and all other forms of intellectual property rights, in the content on our website are owned by or licensed to JO’S BEAUTE & CRAFT SDN. BHD. and its affiliates.
(ii) Class-Specific Terms: The recipes and techniques shared in our classes are not copyrighted. Participants are free to use the knowledge and skills gained from the class for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, including starting their own soap business or conducting independent classes. There are no restrictions on the use of the content for commercial ventures. However, the materials and content provided during the class (such as handouts, presentation slides, and proprietary resources) remain the intellectual property of JO’S BEAUTE & CRAFT SDN. BHD. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior consent.
Liability
(i) Limitation of Liability: In no event shall JO’S BEAUTE & CRAFT SDN. BHD., its directors, employees, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in any classes. This includes, but is not limited to, any adverse effects, injuries, or damages, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Additionally, we are not responsible for any shipping delays, customs issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. In no event shall the Company’s total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the products purchased through our services.
(ii) Indemnification: By using our services, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JO’S BEAUTE & CRAFT SDN. BHD. from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
(iii) Force Majeure: The Company shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
(iv) Applicable Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
